Here I want to Present a Diet which take your Bio Rhythm into account, means you have to eat after what time it is, but with the BONUS that you have more options what to eat during the Day. When you eat the right thing at the right time you will never need a diet again, Now lets have a look at this.

The right combination of Foods to the right time is the key to a healthy Diet.

The worst thing you can do to your Body is reducing calories, fat,protein… when you Body needs it, the body would think you are in a critical situation, so it stores everything as fat for bad times and the lower Calories intake makes your body take its needed energy from the muscle tissue, the muscles are your best calorie eater, sounds logic right.

Conclusion a Diet makes you fat.

Now to the Time Diet:

  • 7:00 – Start with a Glass of Water that brings your Body into Diet Mode – Warm Glass of Water with Citrus, your Metabolism gets a kick and the enzymes of the Citrus fruit helps with the fat burning.
  • 8:00 – If you do not fill up your empty Carbs. depots in the Morgen you will get Hungry and eat everything. Now what to eat : Muesli, Bread, whole-grain bread, oatmeal, with Orange Juice, be careful with Protein, together with Carbs. it makes your Body make more insulin, also a bad thing is manner flour products, sugar, Cornflakes.
  • 10:00 – a little thing in between, that dont pump your insulin is :  Fruit Snack like Apples, Pears (ohh I dont like those), Orange, Kiwis, Grapefruit, Cherries, dont touch fruit Yogurt, dry fruits, smoothies then you will tab in the insulin trap.
  • 13:00 – No Pasta, but a Stake – Now a larger portion of Proteins combined with Carbs. is ok from Fish, Chicken, Turkey, lean stake, Potato, whole grain Bread, Rice and vegetables this will give you some energy for the day. Watch for the real Protein foods with less fat.
  • 16:00 – Now to our second snack session, this once again kicks your metabolism, but no sweet fruits, so no Banana, Melons, .. a cup of Coffee is also ok.
  • 19:00Now its Protein time which makes you full and get you in a anabolic state, which makes a better fat burning when you sleep. Protein rich foods, turkey, chicken, lean stake,, Vegetables and Salat is ok and brings some fiber to the dinner, dont eat Bread, Pasta, Rice or Potatos we have to keep the insulin down which is the best way to loose weight.
  • 22:00 – Now its getting late how about a Diet pill, then drink a Yogurt its even better, the last meal has to be Protein only, this brings your Fat Burning process to the top when you sleep, Natur Yogurt ad a Glas of warm water with Citrus.
  • Its VERY important to skip Carbs in the evening, do that and you will burn fat when you sleep, its that easy.

Now thats it think about it if you want to loose weight, if you need some chocolate make it dark and before 16:00.
