I think we have all tried to twist our ankle in some way, like you land on your foot when the playing field is a little uneven you think “uhh that was close” but sometimes you are pass that and you can not stand on your foot anymore, that means get some ice quickly and hold on for 15 min. every hour. to cool down the injury.
