Here I want to Present a Diet which take your Bio Rhythm into account, means you have to eat after what time it is, but with the BONUS that you have more options what to eat during the Day. When you eat the right thing at the right time you will never need a diet again, Now lets have a look at this.

The right combination of Foods to the right time is the key to a healthy Diet.

The worst thing you can do to your Body is reducing calories, fat,protein… when you Body needs it, the body would think you are in a critical situation, so it stores everything as fat for bad times and the lower Calories intake makes your body take its needed energy from the muscle tissue, the muscles are your best calorie eater, sounds logic right.

Conclusion a Diet makes you fat.

Now to the Time Diet:

7:00 – Start with a Glass of Water that brings your Body into Diet Mode – Warm Glass of Water with Citrus, your Metabolism gets a kick and the enzymes of the Citrus fruit helps with the fat burning.

8:00 – If you do not fill up your empty Carbs. depots in the Morgen you will get Hungry and eat everything. Now what to eat : Muesli, Bread, whole-grain bread, oatmeal, with Orange Juice, be careful with Protein, together with Carbs. it makes your Body make more insulin, also a bad thing is manner flour products, sugar, Cornflakes.

10:00 – a little thing in between, that dont pump your insulin is : Fruit Snack like Apples, Pears (ohh I dont like those), Orange, Kiwis, Grapefruit, Cherries, dont touch fruit Yogurt, dry fruits, smoothies then you will tab in the insulin trap.

13:00 – No Pasta, but a Stake – Now a larger portion of Proteins combined with Carbs. is ok from Fish, Chicken, Turkey, lean stake, Potato, whole grain Bread, Rice and vegetables this will give you some energy for the day. Watch for the real Protein foods with less fat.

16:00 – Now to our second snack session, this once again kicks your metabolism, but no sweet fruits, so no Banana, Melons, .. a cup of Coffee is also ok.

19:00 – Now its Protein time which makes you full and get you in a anabolic state, which makes a better fat burning when you sleep. Protein rich foods, turkey, chicken, lean stake,, Vegetables and Salat is ok and brings some fiber to the dinner, dont eat Bread, Pasta, Rice or Potatos we have to keep the insulin down which is the best way to loose weight.

22:00 – Now its getting late how about a Diet pill, then drink a Yogurt its even better, the last meal has to be Protein only, this brings your Fat Burning process to the top when you sleep, Natur Yogurt ad a Glas of warm water with Citrus.

Its VERY important to skip Carbs in the evening, do that and you will burn fat when you sleep, its that easy.

Now thats it think about it if you want to loose weight, if you need some chocolate make it dark and before 16:00.

First some facts about Vit. D

Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble prohormones, the two major forms of which are vitamin D2 (or ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol). Vitamin D obtained from sun exposure, food, and supplements, is biologically inert and must undergo two hydroxylation reactions to be activated in the body. Calcitriol (1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol) is the active form of vitamin D found in the body. The term vitamin D also refers to these metabolites and other analogues of these substances.

Calcitriol plays an important role in the maintenance of several organ systems. However, its major role is to increase the flow of calcium into the bloodstream, by promoting absorption of calcium and phosphorus from food in the intestines, and re absorption of calcium in the kidneys; enabling normal mineralization of bone and preventing hypocalcemic tetany. It is also necessary for bone growth and bone remodeling by osteoblasts and osteoclasts.

Now to the interesting Part of the information about this interesting, but over looked Vitamin D :

The anti-cancer activity of vit. D is thought to result from its role as a nuclear transcription factor that regulates cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and a wide range of cellular mechanisms central to the development of cancer. These effects may be mediated through vitamin D receptors expressed in cancer cells.

Increasing body of research supporting the hypothesis that the active form of vitamin D has significant, protective effects against the development of cancer. Studies show an inverse association between sun exposure, serum levels of 25(OH)D, and intakes of vitamin D and risk of developing and/or surviving cancer. 2005, scientists released a metastudy which demonstrated a beneficial correlation between vitamin D intake and prevention of cancer. Drawing from a meta-analysis of 63 published reports, the authors showed that intake of an additional 1,000 international units (IU) (or 25 micrograms) of vitamin D daily reduced an individual’s colon cancer risk by 50%, and breast and ovarian cancer risks by 30%. A scientific review undertaken by the National Cancer Institute found that vitamin D was beneficial in preventing colorectal cancer, which showed an inverse relationship with blood levels of 80 nmol/L or higher associated with a 72% risk reduction. However, the same study found no link between baseline vitamin D status and overall cancer mortality.

Click here to view the embedded video.

Low levels of vitamin D in serum have also been correlated with breast cancer disease progression and bone metastases, and studies suggest that increased intake of vitamin D reduces the risk of breast cancer in premenopausal women.

The Canadian Cancer Society was the first to recommend, in 2007, that all of its adult citizens begin taking 1,000(IU) per day of vitamin D. The country’s northern latitude was a factor in the decision, as was the growing body of evidence showing the vitamin’s effectiveness in lowering instances of cancer.

Click here to view the embedded video.

Recently, Cannell and colleagues have suggested that vitamin D deficiency is a major risk factor for influenza and that vitamin D may be effective in reducing influenza incidence and severity.

In both publications, the authors concluded that physiological doses of vitamin D (5,000 IU/day for adults and 1,000 IU/day for every 25 pounds of body weight in children) might reduce the incidence of influenza, and proposed that pharmacological doses (2,000 IU/kg/day for 3–4 days) may have a treatment effect in influenza. The authors present epidemiological evidence suggesting that the seasonality of vitamin D deficiency may explain the seasonality of influenza epidemics and that the epidemiology of vitamin D deficiency may help explain the confusing epidemiology of influenza. However, the seasonality of influenza may also be explicable by other factors. For example, it has been shown that low absolute humidity favours the survival of the influenza virus. We recommend for adults about 5-10.000 iu per day to have Protective responce.

Vitamin D can potentially play a significant role in prevention of influenza, given a well demonstrated link between vitamin D deficiency and the incidence of respiratory infections. The diagnosis and treatment of vitamin D deficiency is straight-forward, cheap and without substantial risk. Thus, physicians should make an effort to diagnose and adequately treat vitamin D deficiency to prevent influenza recurrence. Given what is known about vitamin D and influenza, many contend that vitamin D should be considered an important public health issue.

Now if this is not some interesting reading, I dont know what is, if you are interested in Health.

Here some real News to those of you that have a fight with the weight, as you know we only post stuff here which is News worthy.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sept 09, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ — VIVUS, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVUS) today announced positive results from two final, phase 3 pivotal 56-week studies, EQUIP (OB-302) and CONQUER (OB-303), evaluating the safety and efficacy of Qnexa(TM), an investigational drug, in more than 3,750 patients across 93 sites. The EQUIP and CONQUER studies met all primary endpoints by demonstrating statistically significant weight loss with all three doses of Qnexa, as compared to placebo. Patients taking Qnexa also achieved significant improvements in cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors including blood pressure, lipid levels, and type 2 diabetes.

Key Data

Highlights from the EQUIP and CONQUER studies include:

    -- Average weight loss of 14.7% (37 lbs) was achieved by patients treated
        with Qnexa for 56 weeks in the EQUIP study;
    -- Significant improvements in cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory
        risk factors among patients treated with Qnexa;
    -- FDA efficacy benchmarks for weight loss agents exceeded at all three
        doses of Qnexa tested in the clinical program;
    -- Completion rates up to 69% were significantly higher than placebo at all
        three doses of Qnexa, indicating favorable tolerability; and

    -- Favorable benefit/risk safety profile for Qnexa.

“The outstanding results from the EQUIP and CONQUER studies, in addition to the results from EQUATE that were reported late last year, confirm the positive effect of Qnexa and underscore the important role this therapy may play in the lives of patients battling obesity and related co-morbidities, if approved by the FDA,” stated Leland Wilson, president and chief executive officer of VIVUS. “The results of the phase 3 program, designed and executed after Special Protocol Assessments were completed by the FDA, exceed the FDA benchmarks for clinically significant weight loss. The results support the company’s plan to file a New Drug Application with the FDA by the end of 2009 and submit the results from the studies for publication in peer-reviewed journals. We believe these results may provide a compelling opportunity for global pharmaceutical companies, and we intend to initiate partnering discussions now that we have the full data set in hand.”

Wilson added, “We are proud of the results of our Qnexa phase 3 program, and I would like to thank Dr. Thomas Najarian, the inventor of Qnexa, the entire development team at VIVUS, Dr. David Orloff and his staff at Medpace, the clinical research organization that managed these studies, and the clinical investigators and patients who participated in the Qnexa clinical trials.”

Qnexa is a proprietary formulation and unique dosing regimen that combines two well known pharmaceutical therapies – phentermine and topiramate – to create a novel, patented therapy. The phase 3 program evaluated three doses of Qnexa (numbers reflect milligrams of phentermine and controlled release topiramate, respectively):
