Just got a dislocated shoulder, not from American football, Rugby, handball, no it was in a soccer game. Here first a little about a Dislocated shoulder :
A dislocated shoulder happens when the humerus separates from the scapula at the glenohumeral joint, that was in professor writing which i hate . The shoulder joint has the greatest range of motion, as a result it is particularly susceptible to dislocation. Partial dislocation of the shoulder is referred to as subluxation, that you have maybe experienced, its like “ohh sh.. puhh that was close” kind of feeling.

Let look into a suddenly Hart Rate jump when doing Sport, we have 2 explanations ready
Ok we count on that the Hart rate monitor was not malfunctioning, while it’s difficult to comment upon each individual case, unusual heart-rate fluctuations or sudden jump in Hart rate experienced by athletes could be Hart palpitations which are common in athletes, which is usually felt as a regular pounding or racing of the heart, when you feel your puls you can feel there is more action than usual.

Pain in the Groin region is mostly be cause of a Groin pull or strain in the adductor muscles which is small muscle tears that cause pain and swelling.
