When you say DHT near a bald man, he will mostly react, yes thats what causes my baldness, thats in a way also true, but dont hate DHT which is such a strong hormone for us men and very important. DHT has such a bad reputation without any reason.

Now to the point :

Tocotrienols a part of vitamin E family. An essential nutrient for the body, vitamin E is made up of four tocopherols, but tocopherols is the important part.

If you are getting bald a solution could be, tocotrienols, but remember I say “could” be. Tocotreienols can help with hair growth and slowing down hair loss. Men that are tent to baldness will accelerate hair loss with higher DHT levels. So if you prone to baldness Tocotreienols is a must, if you start weight training or taking supplements that can increase you DHT. Tocotrienols will help you keep your hair and unlike hair loss drugs which will suppress your DHT level, which is not good for you.

Tocotreienols also have many anti cancer propeties, but which is another topic.

The toxicity levels for humans are presently unknown. Avoid

Remember my writing is always just suggestions or self experience.

The quadriceps femoris, also called named the quadriceps, its a large muscle group that includes the four muscles on the front of the thigh. It is the great ex tensor muscle of the knee, forming a large muscle mass which covers the front and sides of of your leg.

It is subdivided into four separate portions:

Rectus femoris is the middle of the thigh, over most of the other three quadriceps muscles. It originates on the ilium.

The other three lie deep to rectus femoris and originate from the body of the femur, which they cover from the trochanters to the condyles:

Vastus lateralis is on the outer side of the thigh.

Vastus medialis is on the inner part thigh).

Vastus intermedius lies between vastus lateralis and vastus medialis on the front of the femur (i.e. on the top or front of the thigh), but deep to the rectus femoris.

All four parts of the quadriceps muscle insert into the tibial tuberosity of the tibia bone. This is via the patella, where the quadriceps tendon becomes the patellar ligament, which then attaches to the tibia bone.

All four quadriceps are powerful extensors of the knee joint. They are crucial in walking, running, jumping and squatting. That was all I had to say about the Quadriceps.

Now we will not explain all details about this Muscle, just the basic which also should help you with injury or just to get to know your anatomy. - The Sartorius muscle is the longest muscle in your body – its a long thin muscle that runs down the length of the thigh. Its upper portion forms the lateral border of the femoral triangle.

The sartorius muscle arises by tendinous fibers from the anterior superior iliac spine, going obliquely across the upper and anterior part of the thigh in an inferomedial direction.

It descends as far as the medial side of the knee, passing behind the medial condyle of the femur to end in a tendon.

This tendon curves anteriorly to join the tendons of the gracilis and semitendinous muscles which together form the pesanserinus, finally inserting into the proximal part of the tibia on the medial surface of your body. Hope this help to get a little knowledge about this skinny muscle
