		<description>Astaxanthin dont have that big a effect I would say, still I recommend it for health... but to fight sore muscle no. Best thing to do is still very light jog after a game and a hot bath.</description>

Lotions which works,but im not sure you get that everywhere.

Finalgon warm creme from Boehhringe Ingelheim</description>
